USE YOUR WORDS

This is what we tell our little ones, but are we listening to our own? The words we use in everyday life (our core language) says so much about our beliefs and the stories we carry.

I challenge you to pay attention to the words you use when you're frustrated, afraid, sad, etc. WRITE THEM DOWN, then ask yourself where they really came from. Are they YOUR words, or are they from someone in your family's history you've heard before? Is this the story or belief you want to carry?

Try to notice a family pattern. Is there someone in your family with the same or a similar story? Is there someone in your family you feel particularly close to or seem to identify with more than anyone else? Take the time to really think about this.

Notice the repeating negative stories in your family, so you can break free from that and finally live in peace. It starts with the words you use every day.
